What data we process

Contact form: name, e-mail, phone and the message.

Bookings and customer account: name, e-mail, phone, stay details, booking number and billing data. Card payments are processed by the GoPay payment gateway (GoPay s.r.o.); we do not store card numbers.

Guest register (online check-in): data on accommodated persons required by law — first name, surname, address, date of birth and, for persons residing outside the Czech Republic, a travel document number.

CCTV: the common areas of the Míča House are monitored by recording cameras to protect persons and property.

For anonymous visitor statistics we use a cookieless tool.

Purpose and legal basis

Booking data is processed to perform the accommodation contract, guest-register data to comply with legal obligations, form data to handle your enquiry (pre-contractual steps), and CCTV recordings on the basis of legitimate interest (security). We do not share data with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Enquiries at most 24 months; booking and accounting records for the period required by law; the guest register 6 years; CCTV recordings at most 30 days.

Recipients

Processors include our technical infrastructure providers (hosting, database, e-mail service) and the GoPay payment gateway. For bookings made via Booking.com, data is exchanged with that portal.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection; submit requests via the contact form on this website. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
